What is Airmode Betaflight?
But when Airmode is enabled, it keeps PID loops active when your throttle stick is at zero, which allows the pilots to steer and control the quad even in a free fall. That enables pilots to pull off some crazy aerobatics, and have better control over the entire throttle range.
Does Frsky work with Spektrum?
Yes if you purchase an EXPRESS series radio it supports both the ACCST and EXPRESS protocols but not like Spektrum where it will auto detects the receiver type.
Is air mode same as acro?
If you just had acro mode enabled (by default in most flight controllers) whenever your throttle stick is at zero, manoeuvring the drone while it is in the air is harder than being in air mode. Air mode still keeps the PIDs looping even when the throttle stick is at zero (find out about PIDs here).
What does Arm mean in drone?
Arming the vehicle allows the motors to start spinning. Before arming, make sure all people, objects, and any body parts (e.g., hands) are clear of the propellers. Then do the following: You can only arm or disarm in Stabilize, ACRO, AltHold, Loiter, and PosHold modes.

For the sake of the random visitor I must first point out that the XM and XM+ receivers do not include telemetry, as in they don’t transmit anything back to your remote over the radio link. What the XM/XM+ do offer, however, is an onboard RSSI readout, i.e. supplying RSSI information directly to the flight controller.
What RSSI means?
When used together Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) and Fast Roaming options help ensure fast, strong Wi-Fi connections. Use RSSI to ensure that users always experience a strong signal to their Access Point (AP).
How do you put R-XSR in SBUS mode?
SBUS/CPPM output (BLUE LED stay lit indicates R-XSR in SBUS mode, otherwise in CPPM mode) How to switch SBUS and CPPM signal: Long press the F/S button on the receiver for 4 seconds, the BLUE LED will flash three times, indicating the switch is completed.
